What Does It Mean to Trust God?
Author: Dr. B. Emmanuel Luther
Summary:
To love God means to trust His power and not your own abilities to perform His will. He doesn’t want you to use your own powers to accomplish what He has destined for your life; He wants you to seek His wisdom through fellowship, prayer and the reading of His Word. God will always give you a vision that seems impossible to complete in your own strength. Your dependence on Him guarantees His place in your life. Always acknowledge that you need God and give Him the glory for every good thing that happens to you. In turn, He will give you His glory.
